Keith Tiltman


Originally serving in the Royal Engineers, for the past 20 years Keith has worked within the property, furniture & fit–out industry.

In 2006 he joined us affording him the opportunity to continue his passion of consultative account management & client engagement. His specialist areas include fit-out, furniture selection & consultancy, relocation management.

Ben Martin


Ben heads up the business development team of the company & is responsible for lead generation, new business appointments & attending the initial meetings with clients.

Ben has dedicated the last 19 years to us. He has overseen several major clients for many years including Fluor, GE, AXA, Abbott Laboratories, Motorola & more recently, BUPA, Financial Ombudsman Services, Coca Cola & Euromoney.

James Marshall

Creative Director

James heads up anything creative, passionate about communication & positivity through design, he ensures every project is unique in design & special in delivery.

With over two decades experience in product design, brand, marketing & interiors, he is able to collaborate with all teams; both internally & client side to create exceptional.

Graham D’Cruz-Dick

Technical Designer

Graham has a key role supporting the team with technical CAD delivery of our projects. His keen eye for details ensures every element of the project is considered and detailed as it needs to be.

Emma Taylor


With the love of LEGO®, Crayola & The Sims™, Emma soon realised a calculator wasn’t much fun.

After Graduating in 2013, with a BA Hons degree in Interior Architecture & Design she joined us to grow as a designer within the workplace sector, gaining a passion in sketch up, space planning & advancing knowledge in her technical ability.

Sarah Yarandi

Senior Interior Architect

Experienced Interior architect with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, and shader light. Strong arts and design professional with a Bachelor’s degree BA(Hons) focused in Interior Architecture and Design from Art University Bournemouth.

Luke Winter

Project Manager

As a qualified plumber, Luke hung up his tools in 2012 & began a career as a Site Manager within the Fit Out Industry. Luke quickly progressed into Contracts Management in 2015.

His journey within the industry allows him to engage with clients from conception through to completion offering first-hand experience managing multiple accounts.

Brett Andrew

Head of Furniture

Brett joined us in 2002. Back then he headed up the logistic operations with key responsibilities to co-ordinate installations & relocations, ensuring the correct resources, methods & skills are allocated to each individual project.

Now his specialist areas also include furniture consultancy, relocation management, account management & project management.

Dan Hartwell


Dan produces the office fit-out quotations for clients on small projects to large scale office fit-outs, ensuring that the client receives regular updates & well informed on cost & programme aspects of the project.

Orla Alvey

Furniture Specialist

With a background in fine art, art history & history of civilisation, Orla joined the Office Interiors world in 1990 & has a wealth of experience in furniture specification, costing, internal project management.

Orla takes great satisfaction in seeing projects through from initial stages to snag free completion.

Vickie Feather

Furniture Specialist

Organisation skills and a desire to get it right first time makes Vickie an asset to any project.

Having worked in the commercial furniture market for over 13 years, there is pretty much nothing Vickie doesn’t know about that world!

Amanda Grech

Client Services Manager

Amanda provides administrative support to the contracts team. She is responsible for managing the daily operations of the purchasing & procurement of goods & staff, managing & maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing, produce correspondence & documents & to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets & databases.

Marie Melville

Office Administration

Marie provides administrative support to both Contracts and Health and Safety team. She started work at FSL in 2006, she worked her way up to Logistics Manager before she left in 2012 to travel Europe with her family. She returned earlier this year to pursue her career within FSL.

Nicole Mosconi

Project Co-ordinator

Nicole also provides administrative support to the contracts team. She is responsible for managing the daily operations of the purchasing & procurement of goods & staff, managing & maintaining budgets.
